• 300 gr coarsely chopped hazelnuts• 300 gr of nutella• BISCUIT:• 9 egg whites • 9 spoonfuls of sugar • 9 tablesoons of flour
• CREAM:• 1l milk• 9 egg yolks• 200 gr sugar• 3 vanilla puddings• 250 gr butter• 100 gr cooking chocholate• whipped cream
• PROCEDURE:• Mold is coated with greasy paper.• Sprinkle with hazentuts.• Blend egg whites and sugar into firm snow,and
add flour.• Pour into the mold and bake at 150*c-30 min.
• CREAM:• Blend yolks with sugar,add puding and little milk.• Cook in hot milk.• Add butter.• Divide into two equal parts.• Melt chocolate and add in one part.• First put yellow cream,then brown cream and
finally whipped cram.
