  • 4.  More Extracurricular Activities: We have lots of clubs, activities, and athletic programs for our students.

    5.  Consequences for Failing Grades: Students who fail classes may not have enough credits to advance to the next grade. You may also find that you are not able to graduate on time.

    6.  More Social Events: There are games, dances, and social events in high school.

    7.  More Independence and Responsibility: High school students are expected to be mature and responsible to handle the additional freedoms they are given.

    1.  More Course Selections: We offer a variety of subjects. Learn about the courses that are available to you and choose your courses wisely.

    2.  Greater Need for Organization: High school students have more activities, more homework, and more responsibilities. To keep up you need to be organized and have good time-management skills.

    3.  An Emphasis on Academics: The courses are more difficult and your grades are very important. High school grades help determine the kinds of jobs you can get and the colleges you’ll be able to get into.
