WHS Graduation Requirements
Earn 24 credits, including: O 4 years of English
O 3 years of Science
O 3 years of Social Studies (one must be US history)
O 3 years of Math (one must be Algebra)
O Civics (.5 credits, taken in grade 11 or 12)
O PE grade 9 and PE grade 10
O Health Education (.5 credits)
O Fine or vocational arts (1.5 credits) – includes music, art, technology, business, hospitality.

Honors
• Honors, UCONN ECE courses, or Advanced Placement
courses

• college preparatory courses requiring considerable
skills and knowledge.
