A Morning Walk

Health is a great blessing of Allah. Allah has blessed us with countless blessings. Health is

necessary to enjoy all these blessings. It is a famous proverb, “Health is Wealth.” To get

this purpose, I enjoy a morning walk daily. I go to my friend’s house. We both go to the

canal for a walk. A cool breeze welcomes us. Birds delight us with their sweet songs. We

see many farmers on the way. Some of them are ploughing and watering their fields. We

reach the canal in ten minutes. Then we walk up and down the canal bank. We see many

people there. Some of them are taking bath in the canal. Some of them are taking

exercise. Some of them are running on the grass. In the meantime, the sun rises in the

East. Dew drops look like pearls. All the trees and plants look very green. We return

home after an hour. We take breakfast and go to school. Morning walk is very useful for

health because “ Early to bed and early to rise makes a man healthy, wealthy and wise.”

My Best Teacher

Teaching is a noble profession. It is the profession of Prophets. The best people in the

world are those, who teach others. The teacher is an engineer, a doctor and an office

maker. I have many teachers but _____________ is my best teacher. He/She belongs to a

responsible family. He/She is an M.A ,B.ED. He/She is thirty years old. He/She is the

incharge of our class. He/She teaches us English. His/Her method of teaching is very

interesting and fine. He/She checks our home-work daily. He/She is very hardworking.

He/She always shows good results. He/She gets up eaerly in the morning. He/She wears

neat and clean clothes. He/She says her prayers five times a day regularly. He/She recites

the Holy Quran every day. He/She helps the poor students. His/Her motto is, “ Simple

living and high thinking.” He/She is in the good book of the principal. All the students

respect him/her. We all pray for his/her long life.

My Hobby

A thing which we do in our leisure, for our pleasure is called a hobby. There are many

hobbies but gardening is my favourite hobby. I spend a few rupees on seeds and get fresh

vegetables for my kitchen. There is a small park in front of my house. There is a fence

around it. There is a grassy plot in it. S I have prepared many flower- beds in it. I have

grown flowers of different kinds and colours in it. They are very fragrant. Everyday after

offering my Fajar prayer I visit my garden. Birds delight me with their sweet songs.

There is a small fountain in it. It plays in the morning and in the evening. This sight is

very charming. I prepare the flower-beds, dig the earth and sow the seeds in the proper

season. I water the plants in time. I look after it very well. I show it to all those who come

to my house. My hobby gives me a lot of exercise too. It keeps me healthy, smart and

active. I like my hobby very much. I am proud of it.
