cleaned and shining Felt an environment of positive energy in my room –
Spark I began with a “hello” to myself Realized I need to take care of my health Initially I felt awkward to look at myself in the eyes Then I felt the need to smile and carry a relaxed
posture I began appreciating myself I made funny faces and wanted to see how I look –

Social ServiceDaily Reflections, Monday, March 18, 2013
One abhyasi asked "Babuji, what is real social service?" He said, "What Lalaji taught us to do – when I can calm a troubled mind, that is social service." Because from that calm mind will spread calmness...So he said the highest social service is to bring calmness to society through calmness to individuals.
