1. Leveling screws:

• 10 mm diameter metric, highest regulation in the market (up to 38mm with one profile, 76mm with top and bottom), solid and resistant to breakage.

• TORX head screw with 1mm pace and 10mm metric.

• Leveling screw’s plate fits along the full width of the leveling track,making the system more stable.

2. top and bottom turning guides:

• Up to 6 mm overlap surface with the turning mechanism. Same value for the bottom one. This important overlap prevents panels falling and damages in the turning mechanism during the installation and the normal use of the product. also it allows a better adjustment of the gap between the bottom track and the top profile so the panels can slide smoothly.

The special configuration of the Armless System makes the system more comfortable by removing the protrusion made by the top lock and opening arm/dock.

The hole made in the track to install the system is the same as in the arm/dock system, but the space surrounding it has been minimized so the air stream is minimum.

It is a perfect configuration for homes and locals where aesthetic and interior design are priority, the is no protrusion from the arm/dock and the use of curtains and rollers blind is easy.

● Components are made of aluminium and polyvinyl acetate, which once are combined, make an extremely silent and smooth functioning.

● Full adjustment on every single panel.

● Compatible with all other special configurations.

● For closing the door panel, it is no necessary to pull downthe top lock. This closes just by pushing it.

● Sliding Doors installations must have bottom leveling track on the frameless system.

● The Sliding Door cannot be the second panel.

● The Sliding Door panel with lock must be big enough so the lock doesn’t hit the rest of the panels when opening.

● Maximum Sliding Door width: 950 mm

● Sliding Door cannot be placed in a corner or angle.

● The Sliding Door hinge must be in the same side as the fix door where panel will stack.

The Side Lock compress the panels by simply turning the handle.

The system is made up of two profiles: one fixed and another that expands. The fixed one holds the handle, while the second one is movable and produce the pressure that closes the system.
