OTHER TERMS AND CONDITIONS Post construction - the property will be maintained and managed by – Alliance and Frontier Limited or any of its Facility Management partners subject to the Developer’s instruction. A Facility Management Agreement shall be executed between the Buyers , Developer and the appointed Facilities Management firm, for the post construction maintenance and management. The first agreement shall be for 5 years, thereafter, the Buyers shall decide to either retain the Facilities Management Firm or otherwise. The property shall be insured and an asset replacement fee shall be charged to replace worn-out equipment in the future.
