3 The Solution offered by the Bidder should be PA-DSS & Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI-DSS) compliant solution.

Recon is going to happen on transactions which are already routed through certified switch which is PA DSS certified , the software used for recon, should that be PA DSS certified, please clarrify.

As per RFP, PA-DSS & PCI-DSS certificates wherever required are mandatory for submission.

4 Network connectivity between Data Center of Cooperative banks & Data Center of vendor shall also be in the scope of vendor. The network bandwidth Network connectivity between Data Center of Cooperative banks & Data Center of vendor shall also be in the scope of vendor. The network bandwidth should be such that response time of each transaction is less than 5 seconds (Minimum 5 MBps).

Reconciliation is going to happen on performed transactions, so need to have clarity on DC and DR requirement with response time.

As per RFP, Bank’s DC is at Jhalana , Jaipur & DR site is at State DR site, Jodhpur. Response time indicated in RFP.

5 The bidder shall provide real time dashboard along with management panel for monitoring transactions and reconciliations of the RTGS, NEFT, NACH, NECS etc. from RBI, NPCI, CBS etc. The dashboard along with management panel shall be customized separately for the RSCB & 29 DCCBs. Each of the 29 DCCBs shall be able to view its own transactions only using login and password issued to them while the RSCB bank shall be able to view the transactions of RSCB & 29 DCCBs.

As mention above reconciliation is happening on T+1 basis. So not clear about monitoring of transaction for RSCB and all 29 DCCBs.

As per RFP, a dashboard required for the real time monitoring of the reconciliation process. This shall include but is not limited to the completed, pending and disputed transaction in reconciliation.

Why the interface require with CBS, ATM switch DCMS, Web services, other payment systems & packages provided by the networks, regulatory institutions., Dispute Tracker. For reconciliation CBS vendor needs to provide necessary data for processing.

11 The turnaround time for reconciliation of any transaction shall be T+1 day.
