Great tool but...

By trying to tackle all the points at the same time, we are risking a superficial approach

Example:

If the target group are the obese Londoners, it would be a good idea to emphasize the “Body” component because they will actually see the results on their selves and, by consequence, be “happier”.

Just a though...

Londoners arenʼt all the same

Parallel aspects -----> Wider solutions

“What is happiness? Is there different kinds of happiness?”

“Can someone unhappy talk about happiness the same way a happy person would?”

“Why study happiness at all? Shouldnʼt it be something uncon-scious?”

“Inner happiness or exterior stimulus: Which one is stronger?”

“Where is the best place to talk about happiness?”

6 Thinking men technique (Edward de Bono)

Questions:

Can we be happy an unhappy at the same time?(If happy is the contrary of unhappy, been both at the same time is a paradox. Is the term perfectly defined?)

Is freedom synonymous of happiness?(No worries and stress free. Without any constrains or responsibilities. “Doing whatever you want”. Is this what Londoners really want?)

Can someone else teach you to be happy or do you need to learn it yourself?(Happiness is a really complex field because itʼs something very personal. Are Londoners open to learn about happiness and mental wellbeing from someone else?)

Where is your “happy place”?(Is there any specific place to talk about happiness? Where are this “suitable places”?)

The notion of happiness is not well defined within Londoners.

Happiness can be related to freedom, but does not depend on it.

Happiness needs to come from within, not from external stimulus.

A “happy place” can be described as a comfort zone, where you can have positive interactions with loved ones or just yourself.
