Greetings,

As the owner of real estate company here in the Antelope Valley, I have had the great

pleasure of touching the lives of thousand of families in a positive way. As a Christian, I have

always sought to share information and educate as many as will listen to the plan of steward-

ship that God has ordained.

I am so very proud to announce to you that my ACE team has developed programs that

are destined to change the face of home ownership in the AV for the next 10 years. Our fi rst

offering is Straight Talk,™ a free seminar series that teaches the people how to be home

owners and how to defeat opposition to take away what we have attained. Each month we host

these free seminars on topics such as:

• purchasing a home

• qualifying for a home

• credit reporting

• crisis management (stopping foreclosure)

and lots more.

At each seminar we seek to answer real questions from real people with real answers.

The extension of the Straight Talk series is the Good Steward column, published in

The Word News each month. Each article will apply biblical principles to the education of

home ownership. We believe that every church member should own their own home … and we

can help them to accomplish this goal. We donʼt have to tell you how important it is to have

stable home owners as the foundation of any thriving church.

ACE Realty is going on tour in the Antelope Valley. We will bring the topics and

issues discussed during our Straight Talk™seminars and in the Good Steward column to life.
