On August 23, 2015, the complainant found out upon arriving home that his cash

missing! Then after the complainant $lottered the incident at the o%ce of the

*aymeto $ut he evaded and run when as+ed $y the complainant to see his $ac+

pac+! That on the same day the respondent was spotted at aisano rand mall ofdigos carrying the same $ac+ pac+ and on the occasion thereof! 'uch that a

nec+lace and a 35- revolver loaded with 'i. /" live ammo was found therein on the

said $ac+ pac+!
