The Department Believes that real engineering means: Institute Knowledge with Industrial Experience, Our ancient Sanskrit, “`moJ: H$_}gw H$m¡eb_” also supports the same. To make students excellence in field of engineering, Department has Designed a activities. These activities provide multitude of platforms for students to hone their technical and Industrial skills, which are imperative for one to excel in his/her workplace. Some of the activities are Listed Below:
“A{Y^yV§" - The material manifestation As the Sanskrit word "A{Y^yV§" is described itself about the material manifestation in which students have been made aware about the basics of construction materials, application of construction materials, how to identify construction material on the bases of it`s appearance or aspects. The aim of this program is to make the students aware about application and identification of construction material which are used in current practices.
Technical Club Timely meetings throughout the year and students' active participation are the most remarkable characteristic of Technical clubs. Technical clubs makes the student more aware about the industrial practices and provide an opportunity to understand and analyze real life problems pertaining to the industry. As a result, students outdo their peers at various technical and field levels and make them self-driven to leave a mark.
CreatoAs a part of this activity student has to create or develop some prototype model which inspire them, open up their minds and develop some basic imagination skill.
Darpan“Darpan” Provides a platform to students to express their views, thinking, talents, Knowledge etc in form of Paper. Under “Darpan”, student share their knowledge or talents by preparing and presenting technical or nontechnical papers, articles, drawings, Sketches etc of his/her interest.
