    1. Background Within task 3.3 of the CityChangerCargoBike project a set of training materials including workshops, presentations and standalone documents have been developed, aimed at different target groups including, local authorities, Municipalities and City elected officials and officers, NGO’s, private sector commercial organisations and individuals. CCCB member ECLF developed and presented many successful empowerment and start-up workshops during the two previous Cyclelogistics projects and will continue to do so during the life of the CCCB project. These two existing empowerment and start-up workshops have been updated by ECLF to reflect current developments in Cyclelogistics and refreshed with new material. In addition, two new presentations have been developed by Copenhagenize:

    - Mayor’s Guide aimed at “Multipliers” who can influence the promote the uptake of cargo bikes.

    - Retailers Guide aimed at distributors and sellers of cargo bikes

Finally, a Guide for Kindergarten & Primary school teachers and parents has also been developed. The remainder of this document outlines the five workshops/presentations and includes a link to the actual workshop material.
