Tips: Plan a new experience this summer: go camping, fishing or paddle boarding and see the earth
from a new perspective. Make the most of your day and night: Watch the sunrise or the sunset, or both! Renew yourself and the planet by creating a garden. Plant flowers, herbs or vegetables and
enjoy the beauty and the benefits of your effort. Include the family: Pack a cooler and take the kids for a night swim or a “dive-in” movie at
the pool. The temperatures will be cooler and you won’t have to bring the sun block!

M T W T F S May: Daily Exercise Challenge
Exercising, even just moving, can feel challenging when you sit at a desk all day only to go home and have just enough time to eat, take care of responsibilities and spend time with family. The good news is that there are simple things you can do to get those steps in! Take a meeting on the move, take the stairs, forget phone and email and visit the colleague you’re communicating with, use half your lunch to eat and the other half to walk and park in the back even when there are closer spots available. Keep moving!
