The previous school cafeteria has been transformed into a new dining facility for Memory Lane’s residents.

As part of Phase 1 of the project, hallways have been updated throughout the building.

As part of the first phase, an activity room for games and television was designed for the residents. Open House in August 2012

Former classrooms have been redesigned to accommodate potential residents room. Private bathrooms were added to each room.

• Phase 1 Complete. Up to 16 beds can be accommodated for assisted living
• Phase II will be complete in January 2013. Up to 45 beds can be accommodated for assisted living
• Phase III will be complete by March 2013. Phase III will be an Alzheimer’s Unit and will accommodate up to 30 beds.
• The Company is working towards obtaining their state operating license. They hope to have this by late February early March so citizens can start moving in..
• The Grand Opening will be in April 2013.
