REC. CONNECTThis popular program will be offered again this summer to transport children between “home base” at Fleischmann Park and the specialty camp. If the specialty camp begins at or before 8:00am or ends at or after 5:00pm you be responsible to drop off / pick up your child at the camp location. The City will not have transportation available between 7:30am – 8:00am and 5:00pm – 5:30pm.

The extended care option is designed for working parents who have children that are enrolled in specialty camps throughout the summer. It will be held at Fleischmann Park and activities will include game room, movies, outdoor play, free play, arts and crafts. Campers come from a variety of different camps: some have been outside for several hours and will want to be in the air conditioning and others might come from an art camp and need some outdoor time. We try to include some of both each day. Campers must be preregistered and paid in advance to be in the Rec Connect program. Space is limited.

$60 week includes: transportation to and from camps that are a total of 5 hours or more (i.e. 9:00am – 2:00pm camp, or a morning camp 9:00am – Noon and an afternoon camp 1:00pm – 4:00pm.)

Logiscool is a fun-based coding program, where campers are taught computer programming in a fun and playful manner. In only 5 years since the founding, more than 20,000 students ages 6-18 have enrolled in Logiscool, the world leader in its category. Logiscool is present in 12 countries and has 60+ locations globally. During our one-week long Summer Camps, Logiscool, with the help of enthusiastic college student instructors, teach kids how to create their first computer game or app. They can program different robots, build a Minecraft world or get familiar with the basics of video editing and web design.
