Background LID Ordinance Adopted: Nov 11, 2011

LID Ordinance Effective: May 12, 2012

LID Overview

Requirements:

Expanded on the exiting Standard Urban

Mitigation Plan (SUSMP) requirements of capturing the greater of either 85th

percentile or ¾ inch storm event by incorporating LID practices and standards.

Residential ( 4 units or less):

Projects must chose from prescriptive list of BMPs

All other developments:

Similar to SUSMP requirements
