MEET THE TEAMERIC GARCIAbegan his career as a novelist,writing ANONYMOUS REX in 1999 -- the first in what soon

became a series of novels including CASUAL REX andHOT AND SWEATY REX. In between, Eric penned the novel

MATCHSTICK MEN, the film adaptation of which -- alongwith his TV adaptation of ANONYMOUS REX -- solidified

Erics desire to dive deeper into those mediums. Eric teamed-up with Garrett

Lerner to also co-write the film adaptation of his book THE REPOSSESSIONMAMBO, which eventually became REPO MEN. Since then, Eric has written bothoriginal and adapted scripts for film and television -- often using his own novels

as source material (such as with CASSANDRA FRENCHS FINISHING SCHOOLFOR BOYS) as well as the works of others (such as Erics adaptation of JohnSearles STRANGE BUT TRUE). He currently lives in Southern California with his

wife, two daughters, and two hyperkinetic mutts.
