* Branch network is not there in the markets where

whole sale is done like in Akbari gate Shah alammarket etc. which can be quite good for bank.* Compliance is sometime so strict it can close many

accounts.* Minimum deposits are quite high which normal people

can't maintain.* Credit cards charges are quite high and bad.* Expensive sometime add quite many charges to people

.e.g. annual charges are very high.

there.

Customers are broken away. Computer systems are not proper up to

Conclusion

Due it the occurrence of losses, Citibank must try to promoteits consumer branch.

Citibank doesnt provide job security to the employees .Mostly

people are hired on contractual basis .more people must beemployed on permanent basis, providing job security andsatisfaction. it must ;ay emphasis on the per party exposure.

it being a conservative bank it does not prefer to take risk. itis one of the drawbacks of the bank. It must take risk andadopt aggressive behavior.

Citibank suffer losses during the years. Later in year 2000,Citibank once again regained its profitability and now occupiesa leading position in the country. During the current scenariotax rates were quite high as compared to the prevailingtaxation rate.
