Policy and Procedure Review
• This institutional focus provides the momentum to review and revise some of our institutional policies, procedures, and practices. These include:– Review and updating of Sexual Assault/Harassment
policies and procedures– Use of available time to support increased education– Design of cadre training and freshman
orientation/military training • As the program evolves, future actions in this area will
become more defined.

Support Services and Resources
• To support V & R we will continue to integrate various institutional assets and adjust resource requirements. For example:
– We will harness the professional experience of our faculty and
staff members to serve as facilitators for selected instruction.
– Nationally known external speakers and lecture groups will supplement the instruction effort on specific topics throughout the year.
• We will work closely with The Citadel Foundation to develop additional gift funding and endowment opportunities to help meet future needs.
