an annual evaluation report for all local CIRTL-funded programs using a Network-provided on-line template. Evaluation reports will be reviewed by the <Insert Name> committee in order to assess progress toward achieving local goals at each member institution, as well as to examine progress toward achieving overarching Network goals. The <xxx> committee will prepare a summary report for the Executive Committee and Network. Members are encouraged to implement additional evaluations locally, for which the Network provides a library of assessment instruments to draw from.
