March (Viennese) Waltz Featurefrom: Cirques Progress (m. 9 & m. 10)

The Viennese styled Waltz often finds an accented Beat 2 (syncopation). At times,

that accent (emphasis) appears in the form of a quicken Beat 2; (with slower Beat 3).

In Cirques Progress, Beat 2 is emphasized via a stronger; well marked accent. Aurally,

the Viennese Waltz feel, appears blurred. By working its way into the middle section,

March feel plays quasi split on the ear, /w idea being 3 into 2?; or, is it 2 around 3?
