It’s our successful execution of these fun-damentals that historically has set us apart fromour competitors.

Today, however, staying ahead of the curve ismore than just the fundamentals. Society is muchmore sophisticated than it was 25 years ago, nu-tritionally and technologically.

Since 2000, we’ve watched the number ofhealth-conscious customers requesting “alterna-tive” foods grow geometrically. As a diabetic,I’ve also been compelled to pursue alternativehealth foods. Consequently, we now do somethings differently and we offer items we neverhave before.

For example, it was four years ago that we aban-doned peanut oil, and committed ourselves EX-CLUSIVELY to zero trans fat cooking oils (Canola& Extra Virgin Olive Oil only) for all our cooking.

In past two years we added “fiberous” wheatgrain choices to our selections of pies, calzones,wraps & pastas.

And just this year we introduced two deliciousgluten-free pasta choices and gluten-free pizzadough for gluten & wheat sensitive customersliving with CELIAC disease.

When it comes to technology, we continue tolead the way among our competitors.

In 2010, we will be introducing the most user-friendly online ordering system in the industry.You’ll be able to place your order from your cellphone and see our delivery person as you pullinto your driveway.
