Theatre Rental Meeting space and non-movie events

Individual auditoriums may be rented Monday – Friday 7 am – 5 pm

Rental fees are based upon four (4) hours of use. Fee schedule does not include tax.

Medium Auditorium (71 seats) $1000

Large Auditorium (91 seats) $1500

Private Dining Room $150 Per Hour

Theatre Rental Feature presentations

Clients choosing to use an entire auditorium to view a scheduled film during normal CinéBistro

hours are required to pay the full ticket price for each seat in the auditorium (currently $15.00

before 4pm and $18.00, 4pm and later) as well as meet a food and beverage minimum, not inclusive

of tax or gratuity, as dictated by the date and time of the event. All seats must be purchased a

minimum of three (3) days in advance of the event and no refunds will be permitted.

Audio – Visual/Projection CinéBistro provides state of the art projection and sound in all auditoriums. Additional equipment

necessary for presentations such as a laptop computer for Power Point, additional cords,

microphones, etc. must be provided by the client. CinéBistro provides complimentary

audio/microphone for the Lounge area only.

Any projection material being used for an event must be provided to the CinéBistro projectionist

seven (7) days in advance of the event date. A projectionist will thoroughly test the material to

ensure sound and visual quality.

A CinéBistro projectionist must be available for all events requiring projection. Any event

requiring a projectionist (not including normal feature presentations) will be subject to an

additional fee based upon length of time needed.

CinéBistro cannot provide flipcharts or dry erase boards. The client is welcome to provide his

own materials.

FAQ’S

• What is your age requirement?

No one under 21 will be admitted, proper ID is required. All shows are 21 plus unless

indicated as part of the Family Friendly Series.

• Do packages include movie tickets?

Packages do not include movie tickets, as ticket prices vary by time.

• How do we know what movies you will be showing, if we book a party on a date that

does not yet have tickets on sale?

Depending on the popularity of the movie, we should have a general idea if we will be

showing it. However, movies are typically schedule on Tuesday nights and posted for

audiences to view and chose the movie to their liking.

• Is there a deposit required when booking a party?

A credit card deposit of no less than the amount of Auditorium fee per 4 hours, Private

Dinning Room fee per hour, or by the purchase of the movie tickets per person, is required.

• What are the forms of payment accepted for events?

Debit or Credit cards are accepted as a form of payment, Credit Card authorization form

is required to be on file prior to event date. Checks are also accepted as long as they are

received 7 days prior to event date.

• What if the headcount in our party changes or we need to cancel?

Because we are selling out consistently every day of the week, it is unlikely that we will be

able to reserve more tickets than originally booked so please plan accordingly. If any

changes need to be made, the Sales Manager must be contacted no later than 72 hours prior

to your event. Please note, we cannot always guarantee your requested changes

Catering Menus

All food & beverage charges require a 20% service charge and 8% tax

Menu choices must be provided to CinéBistro two (2) weeks in advance of the event date.

Guaranteed guest count must be provided to CinéBistro 72 hours (3 days) in advance of the

event date. Guaranteed counts may not be reduced after this time.

Additional guests will be added to final bill.

Clients may choose from the following menus or create their own from CineBistro’s

current menu offerings. Items chosen from our a la carte menu will be charged at current

menu price.
