  • ATTACHMENT TO 2015 CPNI CERTIFICATION SUMMARY OF CUSTOMER COMPLAINT

    In compliance with the FCC rules set forth at 47 C.F.R. 64.2009(e), Cinco Telecom Corp. (Cinco), submits the following summary of all customer complaints received in the past year concerning the unauthorized release of CPNI.

    In 2015, there was one informal customer complaint pertaining to the improper disclosure to an individual not authorized to receive the information. On February 27, 2015, a customer contacted Cinco for information regarding Cincos procedure for the handling of CPNI due to a situation in which records of the customers calls made and calls received were disclosed to an individual not authorized to receive the information. The customer care representative detailed the process by which CPNI is handled to the customer. After obtaining clarification on Cincos procedures the customer did not request further information, nor did the customer elect to make a formal complaint.
