Before we submit an offer on behalf of a client, we analyzethe comparable properties for sale, recent market statistics, and

other critical factors to determine the best offer.

In most cases buyers submit

earnest money with

their offer to emphasize that

their intentions to negotiate a

fair price for the home are

sincere and earnest.http://www.flickr.com/photos/fragiletender/5340247303/sizes/z/in/set-72157625768322942/

In the case that the seller is not satisfied with the initial offer price, they will initiate a negotiation. The real estate agents then exchange a

series of written offers and counteroffers until both parties agree on the sale price and terms.

Once we agree on a price, we insist that our buyers get a whole home inspection. The agreed upon price was for

a home in good working order, and an

inspection will determine if the home needs repairs. We provide our clients with names and numbers for inspectors we trust.

Odds are that the home will have some things you want repaired. Some items are minor,

and some are major.

We help buyers and sellers renegotiate the contract so that the repairs get made or the price is adjusted to everyone’s satisfaction. http://www.flickr.com/photos/fragiletender/5332587307/sizes/z/in/set-
