Cultivate the tobacco

months or even years before being sent to factories.

dry slowly so that moisture spread across the leaf.

Quality process

Stored for few days on a special room to let them get mature. Packing the

cigars and ringed them.

Then other machine roll the capote with the

layer, which have a specifically design for each type of cigarette.
