CI Phantom Project Aim:

The aim of the Phantom project is to build 40 60-second whiteboard videos tutorials that enable users to

improve their PM or BA skills in order to secure rewarding careers in their chosen fields. These tutorials would be built as a web based e-learning tool compatible with mobile devices.

20 storyboard videos would be made for Project Management and 20 storyboard videos for Business Analysis.

Controlling the scripting documents (Status Script Checklist)

via the PMO

The process flow of the distribution and escalation of script/s in order to establish a controlled document version control process of the produced scripts.

We will control the process flow and distribution of scripts via email by orchestrated the following:

1. Scripts are to sanctioned by the PM and Deputy to release the respective script/s for review by the Senior BA's via email.

2. Scripts are then submitted by the BA Team to Senior BAs to review.

3. Post the review by the Senior BAs any additional amendments of the given script/s will be completed and re-submitted until completed by the BA’s in collaboration with the Focus Group Meeting (FGM) sessions and resubmitted to the Senior BA’s for final approval.

4. The final completed script/s is then forwarded to the PMO Lead (PMO will Update the Definitive Topic List as a 'Document Script Status checklist) to flag as 'Completed' then submit to PM and Deputy to forward to the Sponsor and Programme Directors to review and sanction accordingly.

5. Post the Review and Sanction of the respective script/s the PM or Deputy will invite the BA Team and Sponsor or Programme Director/s into the Focus Group Meeting (FGM) session to discuss any agreed changes OR to relay any feedback to established to capture any lessons learnt in line for the development of subsequent script/s.

6. If the script does not meet the acceptance criteria, the BA Team will be notified collectively and corrections then are made by BA Team who will action step 1.
