Adventures in Missions is an interdenominational missions organization that focuses on discipleship. We emphasize prayer and relationships in our work among the poor.

Since we were established in 1989, we have taken over 90,000 people into the mission ield, some for as short as a week and others for as long as a year. In several

places around the world, we offer year-round ministry to “the least of these.” We believe that by giving people the opportunity to hold orphans, bring hope to the hopeless, and pray for the sick, lives are transformed.

Our desire is that God would use us to raise up a generation of radically committed disciples of Jesus Christ.

Lee was sold into slavery at the age of eight. The following eight years were spent in torment and fear and she serviced a different man every night. She endured unthinkable abuse and been exploited in every possible way. But then a minis-try in Bangkok rescued her and gave her a home at a shelter for abused children. There, she met a team of Passporters. They sang to her and told her about their friend named Jesus. Lee saw some-thing in the eyes of those missionaries that she had never seen before: hope. Since then, life has slowly become bearable again for Lee. And more than that, she has begun to dream about the future.

03Missions trips aren’t just for youth! Whether solo or with a group of friends, you can find a new inspiration by stepping out of your comfort zone to reach out to the lonely and hungry—at home or abroad.

(AGES: 18 )+

07Every year disasters devastate lives around the world. Adventures Relief is often among the first to respond to these tragedies by helping to rebuild homes, jobs, and lives.

Interested in something even more unconventional? Red-Letter Trips are specialty trips created for those who desire to serve in ways not offered in other trips.

RED-LETTER TRIPS09

11God plants dreams in human hearts. Then He cultivates them, until they reach full maturity. Perhaps you have a dream. Something is growing deep inside of you. We help you discover and clarify God’s dream for you, and give you steps you can take to see it flourish.

(AGES: 18 )+

10Adventures in Missions develops and supports veteran missionaries who are serving those trapped in poverty, loneliness, and abuse across the world.

LONG-TERM MISSIONARIES

05Start a new family tradition of helping those less fortunate than you. Take a family trip to a third world country or a poverty-stricken area of the U.S. to reach out to the poor, hungry and sick.

08Is your church looking for a unique mission opportunity? Church-to-Church offers American churches the opportunity to spiritually and physically support a sister church in another country (examples: Haiti, Dominican Republic, Costa Rica, Peru, Nicaragua, Cuba, etc.). These partnerships are also offered domestically in disaster relief areas like New Orleans and through our Native American ministries on Indian reservations throughout the United States.
