Baptism: Baptism is celebrated on the Second Sunday of each month at 2:00PM and on the Fourth Saturday of
each month at 12:00Noon. Please call the Parish Office to make an appointment to meet with Deacon Zeuner.
Sacrament of Penance: The Sacrament of Penance is offered each Saturday at 1:00PM. and at other times by
appointment with one of our priests.
Marriage: A couple planning marriage must make an appointment with one of our priests or deacons at least 6
months in advance of the marriage.

PRAYER SHAWL MINISTRY - Prayer shawls are for
those who are in need of comfort, to pro-
vide hope and healing to those who are
most in need of a reminder of God’s love
for them. Prayer shawls and lap robes are
available at no cost. The next meeting
will take place this Monday, June 26th,
1:00-3:00PM in the Office Basement. We
will then take a break for July and August. For more in-
formation on the Ministry or for a shawl or lap robe,

CANDLES burning throughout the
week of Sunday, June 25, 2017, have
been donated in loving memory of An-
thony Pete Cosentino, requested by
Barbara Ann Cosentino.
FAITH FORMATION
Religion classes for children in Grades 1 through 8 at-
tending public school are held on Sunday mornings fol-
lowing the 9:15AM Family Mass.
Diocesan guidelines require two years of preparation for
First Holy Communion. Children 6 years of age or older
who have not been baptized must receive two years of
instruction before receiving the sacrament of Baptism.
In all cases, parents/guardians must make an appoint-
ment to speak with Sr. Patricia Anglin at the Office of
Faith Formation 718-347-0525.
RCIA - If you are an adult, 18 years or older and inter-
ested in completing your Sacraments of Initiation
(Baptism, Confirmation and Holy Communion) now is
the time to register. Please contact Sr. Patricia Anglin at
718-347-0525 to make an appointment.

June 18th amounted to $8,441 for the parish.

COLLECTION FOR MEN’S UNDERWEAR &
SOCKS - Renaissance Group is taking up a collection
of NEW underwear and socks for men (preferably
white and all sizes). The items donated will be given
to Sr. Diane Capuano, who ministers to the needy.
There is a collection box in the Gathering Space for
donations.
SUMMER SENIORS will meet again this summer
on Tuesdays, starting July 11th, 1:00-4:00PM in the
newly renovated Rectory Basement. Please enter
through the church doors and use the elevator or stairs.
When you get downstairs go to the left through the
Green Room into the Rectory Basement. For more

ATHLETIC ASSOCIATION REGISTRATION for Fall sports is now open. Please visit our website -

on the Festival grounds at 6:00PM. Everyone is invited to
attend. The Festival will open after the Mass.

VACATION BIBLE SCHOOL at Holy Trinity Lu-
theran Church, July 17th - 21st, from 9:00AM-
12:00Noon. Open to children ages 3-12 years of age.
The day will consist of Bible stories, crafts, music,
snacks and games. Cost is $40 per child. Join us as
we follow Jesus the Light of the World. For registra-

BOOK CLUB - the next meeting will take place on
Monday, July 31st, at 7:00PM in the Rec-
tory Basement. The selection for the dis-
cussion is 1984 by George Orwell. The
book is available at the Bellerose Library.
THEATRE GROUP will present Disney’s The
Little Mermaid, August 3rd –
August 13th, in the air conditioned
Oak Room. Tickets are $18 for
adults, $15 for seniors & students
and $9 for children under 12.

FEAST OF ST. ALPHONSA - Our Lady of the Snows
will have a Mass and Procession in honor of the Feast of
St. Alphonsa on Sunday, July 16th, at 4:00PM. The cele-

WE ARE ALL GOD’S DELIGHT is the monthly LGBT
Persons & Family & Friends support group that will meet
at 7:00PM on the second Tuesday of each month in the St.
Gabriel Room at Bishop Molloy Retreat House. The fol-
lowing are dates the group will meet: July 11th, August
8th, September 12th, October 10th, November 14th and
December 12th.
ARCHBISHOP MOLLOY SUMMER STEM &
THEATER CAMPS - Molloy H.S. is pleased to an-
nounce the inaugural STEM and Theater Summer Camps
for 6th - 8th graders and incoming 9th graders. Directed
by our experienced faculty, campers will have the opportu-
nity to learn and practice a variety of skills in both disci-
plines. They will also work collaboratively to create their
own work and performance. Both camps run from
9:00AM-3:00PM and lunch will be provided. Theater
Camp is July 17th-21st & STEM Camp has two sessions,
July 10th-14th & July 17th-21st. Price of either camp is

TACHS PREP PROGRAM - Tto help prepare 7th & 8th
grade students to excel on the TACHS exam, which is used
for admission into Catholic high schools, the following
schools will offer the program:
Archbishop Molloy HS will offer a prep course for six
Saturday morning sessions, September through October.

Msgr. McClancy Memorial HS is accepting application
for its seven sessions prep course, held on Saturdays be-

ST. VINCENT DE PAUL CAR PROGRAM - For every
car, truck or van, running or not, St. Vincent DePaul will
give back to our church $75/$200 per vehicle. Maybe you
don’t have a vehicle, but a family member, friend or
neighbor may have an old or neglected vehicle in their
driveway that they would like to dispose of. Please call
