Our Mission:The Mission of every Catholic Parish was given it by Jesus Christ when he said to the eleven “All power in heaven and earth has beengiven to me. Go, therefore, and make disciples of all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the HolySpirit, teaching them to observe all that I have commanded you.” (Matthew 28: 26-30) Our mission is to spread the Gospel!
The Word of God became flesh and dwelt among us. To those who accepted him, he gave the power to become children of God. What a wonderful, almost unbelievable privilege! Having celebrated the mystery of Christ sbirth, we now enter a period called Ordinary Time. During these weeks we consider some of the words and actions of Jesus as he traveled and taught in the towns and villages.In today s Gospel we hear John the Baptist say the words Behold, the Lamb of God, who takes away the sins of the world . Two thousand years later we hear these same words repeated by the priest at every Mass we attend. The next time you hear these words, you may want to imagine yourself present with John and Jesus, and hear John s words On whomever you see the Spirit come down and remain, he is the one who will baptize with the Holy Spirit .In the second reading, Paul addresses the Christians as you who have been sanctified in Christ . . . who have been called to be holy .Remember you have been called to be holy! We need additional volunteers to serve breakfastand to assist with the breakdown of the cots onThursday mornings from 5:30-7:30AM. If you areinterested please come to the Auditorium entrance.
ITEMS NEEDED: New men’s briefs (underwear) sizesL, XL and XXL. We also need men’s work boots, sizes10 ½ through 14 and women’s warm boots sizes 10and 11, knit stretchy hats, gloves, large size coats andjackets, large size sweatshirts and hoodies, single rollstoilet paper.

Potrzebujemy więcej wolontariuszy do podawaniaśniadania oraz do pomocy przy składaniu łóżek wczwartkowe poranki w godz: 5:30-7:30. Osoby,które mogłyby pomóc, proszone są o przybycie dodrzwi wejściowych audytorium.
Prosimy o donacje w postaci nowej bielizny męskiej(briefs - underwear) w rozmiarach: L, XL oraz XXL.Potrzebujemy także męskich butów roboczych w roz-miarach od10 ½ do 14 oraz damskich ciepłych butów(boots) w rozmiarach: 10 i 11, czapek z dzianiny,rękawiczek, kurtek (coats, jackets) w dużych rozmia-rach, bluz dresowych i bluz z kapturem w dużych roz-miarach, a także pojedynczych rolek papieru toale-towego.
