INSTALL PROCEDURE

1. Remove the engine cover. 2. Separate the plastic piece just above the

hood release.

3. Remove the clips that secure the radiator cover panel. (12x pop-clips)

4. Disconnect the PCV hose from both ports.

5. Unclip the plastic brackets housing the brake lines.

6. Slide the U-shaped bracket onto the bolt behind the brake lines. Tighten the nut onto the bolt, but do not fully tighten it yet. (1x 10mm nut)

7. Install the catch can's bracket portion onto the U-shaped bracket you just installed. (2x 4mm Allen bolts)

8. Under the radiator cover panel is a hex head bolt adjacent to the bracket. use a wrench to old the bolt in place. (1x 10mm bolt)

9. Tighten the nut holding the U-shaped bracket in place while holding the bolt under the radiator panel.

10. Now that the back of the bracket is fastened, tighten the two button head flange screws on the bracket. (2x 4mm Allen bolts)

11. Clip the plastic brackets that hold the brake lines.12. Secure the radiator cover panel with the original

clips. (12x pop-clips)13. Attach the fitt ings to the catch can. Tighten the

fitt ings until snug with a 17mm wrench.14. Install the catch can to the bracket.

(2x 2.5mm Allen bolts)15. Install the shorter hose from your kit. This hose

attaches to the catch can's OUT port. (2x worm gear clamps)

16. Install the longer hose from your kit. This hose attaches to the catch can's IN port.

17. Tighten the three 2.5mm button head flange bolts.

18. Tighten the clamps on all hose connections. 19. Reinstall the engine cover.
