This box of handmade Christmas Crackers is fun to make and even more fun to open. Customize the treats and gifts inside for all the good girls and boys ... and don’t forget to treat yourself. STEP1: Box: Cut and score cardstock and Window Sheet. Cut cardstock/Window Sheet: 8-1/4”x 8-1/2”Score on long side: 1-1/8”, 7-3/8”Score on short side: 1-1/8”, 7-1/8”

Cut away all corners from the Window Sheet and reinforce with the bone folder. Cut on one side of each of the sides of the Real Red box and reinforce with the bone folder. Add Tear & Tape Adhesive to the cut sides and assemble bottom box.

Crackers Boxes: Cut and score six sheets of Under the Mistletoe Designer Series Paper pieces that will make the crackers. Reinforce the score lines with the bone folder.

Cut paper (6): 6-1/2” x 4-1/2” Score on long side: 1”, 1-1/2”, 2”, 4-1/2”, 5”. 5-1/2”Score on short side: 1”, 2”, 3”, 4”

STEP2: We used the Simply Scored for flawless scoring. Tip: Put place markers at the measurements you need, then score.

STEP4: Add Tear and Tape adhesive on the small edge of crackers. Fold and assemble the box.

STEP3: Use the Envelope punch board to punch on each fold at 1-1/2” and 5”. See photo for reference.

STEP5: Fold in one side of the box by gently pushing with your hand. Once the end is folded closed, add ribbon to hold it closed.

STEP6: Add candy to the box through the open end and secure that end closed as in Step 5.

STEP8: Punch sprig image from the foil paper. Cut it in half and adhere with glue dots to the backs of six 1” circles. Affix sentiment circles to Christmas Crackers. Put completed crackers in the box.

STEP7: Stamp sentiment on the Real Red and Shaded Spruce scrap cardstock using VersaMark ink and heat emboss with Silver Stampin’ Emboss Powder. See the Techniques Page for a “how to” on heat embossing. Allow to cool and punch out the sentiments as 1” circles.

STEP9: Cover with Window Sheet top and tie the box with ribbon.
