A homemade potato & leek soup dressed with fresh cream and chives served with a freshly baked roll (v)

A salad of Scottish smoked salmon dressed with American soft cheese and sauce Andaluz

Duck terrine served with a light salad, orange and ginger chutney and oatcakes

Main CourseRoast turkey with all the trimmings

(pigs in blankets, chestnut stuffing, cranberry sauce and a rich roast gravy)

Griddled Scottish rump steak served with a traditional chasseur sauce

Chinese style tuna steaks with noodles

Root vegetable, cranberry and goats cheese nut roast

Carnegie Conference Centre is once again hosting the “Snow Ball” a more formal Christmas Celebration.

Guests will be welcomed with a glass of sparkling wine on arrival, followed by a delicious 3 course dinner, coffee and advocate.

Entertainment for the evening will be provided by “Swede Dreamz” Abba Tribute Show & Disco

Booking Terms & ConditionsAll prices include VAT

A £10 pp non-refundable deposit is required to secure your booking within 2 weeks of your enquiry. Full balance is due 6 weeks prior to your event. Bookings made after the 15th November must be paid in full within 5 working days. For groups of 50 plus, more detailed terms will be issued.

Regrettably if you cancel all or part of your booking, all payments are non-refundable and Non -transferrable.

Carnegie Conference Centre cannot be held responsible should any of the entertainment acts cancel at short notice, we will however ensure a suitable replacement act is sought

Free parking is available within the grounds of Carnegie Conference Centre. Please note that all cars are parked at the owner’s risk.
