Year after year the message of the coming of Christ is told over the world in countless languages, places of worship, and communities. For some, it is a timeless story full of drama and passion.

For others, it is merely another tale that is told every December amongst others. But for those who know, it is a promise; a promise that God humbled himself as a small babe that starry night and revealed himself to the lowliest of the low. He came into this world without fanfares and parades.

His birth was missed by many, but his life, death, and resurrection impacted the world. God made himself low so that through his son, Jesus Christ, we could be lifted up.
