Celebrate at The CurtainThe Curtain is a hotel, restaurant, members’ club and dynamic event venue located in the heart of London’s most dynamic and inspiring district, Shoreditch.
The Curtain features 120 bedrooms and suites, a members’ club, legendary chef Marcus Samuelsson’s Red Rooster restaurant, plus a number of spectacular events spaces.

Our biggest space, the Ballroom has room for up to 350 guests, a state-of-the-art PA system, a selection of fes-tive packages and menus catering to all dietary requirements. Red Rooster Acclaimed New York chef and restaurateur Marcus Samuelsson has brought his renowned Harlem restaurant to Shoreditch. Staying true to its Harlem roots, the London Red Rooster outpost features many of the same Southern soul food-style dishes as the original, along with some new ones, created especially for its new London home. There’s also live music every single day, capacity for large groups, plus a Private Dining Room and semi-private Courtyard and Hatch, if you’d rather take your own space.

LPThe Curtain has something of a reputation for throwing the best parties in town, and LP is where that magic happens. A successor to Studio 54, its stage has already played host to some of the music industry’s greats and has a packed programme of live entertainment from big-name DJ sets to a spectacular cabaret.

Design Studio Our Design Studio is a stylish space set away from the hustle and bustle of the hotel, with a distinctive interior, floor-to-ceiling windows and its own bar. Food and beverage is available or alternatively can be taken within a number of outlets within the hotel.

Green Room
Green Room is East London’s new Five-Star hotel bar, serving a selection of cocktails inspired by East London. A selection of light, seasonal drinking snacks are also on offer so you can graze whilst working your way through the cocktail list.
The interior has been designed by Eleanor Horwell Designs and include velvet curtains and banquettes in peacock tones, contrasted with rough concrete textures and gold accents. Gigantic murals adorn the walls and a bespoke neon artwork hangs above the bar, itself clad in green tiles as a nod to East London’s finest boozers.

Billy’s A reworking of the traditional Gentleman’s Club, Billy’s is all wood panelling, leather chesterfield sofas and roaring fires. Its bar is one of the best-stocked in London,

Screening RoomStyle and comfort meet state-of-the-art technology in The Screening Room. Its five meter main screen is complemented by four single-feed plasma screens, which can display branding or imagery of your choice. The room also has its own dedicated bar, with the option for bespoke festive cocktails, plus there’s an old-school popcorn machine for that authentic cinema experience. Plan a screening of your favourite Christmas movie, or take the space for a private dinner or chic cocktail party!

Imperial Imperial has an indoor garden party vibe with climbing vines, roses, exposed brick walls and Moroccan tiling and velvet banquettes, but we’ve put a Curtain twist on things with an original Banksy centrepiece, plus our extravagant candelabra.

CourtyardOur light-filled Courtyard is made up of six beautiful booths arranged around a huge tree, bedecked with twinkling lights. Completely separated from the main restaurant it’s a great space to toast the festive season over a private dinner or a show-stopping cocktail party. It can be combined with Hatch to create a split-level space with a private bar.
