December at Rotary Villas was a busy, fun filled month. The Christmas decorations went up on the first of the month and it was non-stop Christmas fun after that. We were entertained with all kinds of musical groups from a brass band to old time country music to The Beetles. We had our Resident & Family Christmas Party & Buffet on Dec. 9. Chef Paul and staff did an outstanding job. We even had a special Ho Ho Ho visitor who brought his nice and naughtly list.

Christmas light tours around the city were beautiful. The shuttle bus was filled to capacity. After returning home, we enjoyed hot chocolate around the fireplace.

Thanks you to all the residents and staff that donated to the Christmas Cheer Baskets. We collected 5 large boxes of donations. Thank you for your generousity.

It’s been a wonderful year here at rotary VIllas. Merry ChrIstMas & happy new year to all!

Meet our new resIdents

We are welcoming one new resident this month. Kay Maier has moved into Suite 324 from Brandon, Manitoba. She made her move on December 15 and is getting settled in her new place. I hope everyone gets a chance to meet her and help her feel at home!

OCCUPANCY THIS YEARIn 2017 we had 44 residents that made the move to join us and call Rotary Villas home. That brings our occupancy to 76%.
