The new homes will benefi t from innovative environmental technology including Solar Thermal Panels. These panels will help to heat the water used by the homes thus reducing conventional energy. The solar panels will be mounted so that they are not visible from the streets.

The new proposal is to knock down the current dwelling and build 6 high quality family homes. Each of the six homes will benefi t from off street car parking. There will also be landscaped borders to soften the boundary between homes to the west on Brondsbury Park.
