At 3 large high profile British International schools, significantly raised and maintained the profile of Sport and Physical Education as a direct job remit from governors and Senior Leadership Team within a 12 month period onwards.

At 5 large and diverse schools in both Primary and Secondary sectors, led and managed Physical Education, Vocational Education and Health Care Departments. In addition, successfully developed whole school Physical Education, Vocational Education and behavioural management programmes

Project Managed 10th Anniversary BSME Games, Dubai 2013. 12 schools, 360 pupils, 40 teachers, 500 parents, 4 days, 5 sports tournaments, opening and closing awards ceremonies.

Led and organised over 150 various major, multi-event tournaments and championships, 8 Annual Dubai Swimming Championships and 3 Annual Riyadh Athletics Championship meets.

Led the development of extra curricular sport and training at DESS, Dubai to result in an increase of over 230% provision over 7 years.

Led the improvement of results across all areas of sport at DESS totalling 84 first places, 62 second places and 48 third places at major competitions in a highly competitive environment over 7 years.

Personally coached swimmers to 86 gold, 65 silver, 51 Bronze and over 73 swimming records at BSME swimming championships in Oman over a period of 5 years

On 4 occasions in 7 years, managed overall winning team of BSME Games Championships

On 6 occasions in 7 years, coached winning Athletics and/or Swimming teams at BSME Games Championships

In 2012, within 6 months, coached Dubai Schools swimming champions to 3 championship victories.

Over 3 years, coached 3 swimmers who participated in Junior Olympics.

Within 12 months coached Girls Junior Varsity Volleyball Team to final of EMAC Championships

Within 12 months coached Middle School Volleyball team to win EMAC Middle School Championships.

Founder of the International Schools Sports League of Riyadh.
