The whole lec. Is included, the doctor focused on1-Vitamins and their sources2-malnutriton problem3- assessments of obesity As there will be many questions about ( calculating BMI)

An example: Calculate BMI if Weight =74 kg length=151 cmSolution:::1- first convert cm meter 151 /100=1.51 meter

2-then BMI = Weight (kg)/ Height (m²) * it is easier if you divide the weight by the height twice=74/1.51 =49.00 then again divide it by the 1.51BMI = 32.45

Another example :Calculate BMI if weight = 45 kg height= 165 cmSolution:::1- convert to meter165/100=1.65 m2- divide 45/1.65/1.65 =16.528
