REMOTE DATA ACCESS AND CONTROL  The System 5000 is designed to allow remote access to all informa on brought back to the system. This enables a supervi-sory control and data acquisi on (SCADA) system to be connected in order to monitor the current state of the system. In addi on to this the connected system can be afforded control of features such as burner on / off, fuel changeover, set-point, boiler feed water pump selec on and more.

Remote communica on is included as standard via Modbus (TCP/IP, RTU or ASCII). Other protocols such as PROFIBUS, PROFINET and BACnet are available on request.

A comprehensive system is included to aid the design of remote systems by providing all available data with current val-ues and remote addresses in one easy to use screen. In addi on to this a simula on mode can be enabled to simulate any data being passed off.

DELTA REMOTE MONITORING Remotely monitor and control your boiler house from any loca on using the DunphyDelta remote monitoring system. Use your laptop, tablet or phone to access live informa on of the health of connected equipment and receive emails or SMS indica on of any faults as they happen.

Connect mul ple boilers and other suitable devices to one Delta system and feel safe in the knowledge that the data is held on cloud servers and data is encrypted on transmission.

The System 5000 is fully compa ble with the DunphyDelta system and enables a wealth of informa on to be accessed from any loca on, 24/7.

BOILER SEQUENCING The System 5000 is fully compa ble with our boiler sequencing panel so ware. This enables a top level view of the boiler house whilst providing costs savings through increased fuel efficiencies by modula ng only the burners that are required and at the op mal firing rate. The Dunphy System 5000 so ware is unique in its ability to be tailored to any given boiler configura on. Monitoring and control of steam, hot water and twin furnace boilers in addi on to kiln fired applica ons is available as standard. Components such as water levels, hotwells and bypass dampers can be connected directly to the system.

PM5 / BG01 COMPLIANT The system can be integrated with a remote alarm panel for situa ons where an unmanned boiler house is desired. This enables all appropriate alarms to be indicated at a remote loca on with the facility to remotely shutdown the burner.

WASTE HEAT AND COMBINATION FIRING BOILER CONTROL Detailed CHP and bypass damper informa on and control is available as standard. Damper posi-

ons, setpoint, running status and temperatures can all be configured.

FEED WATER PUMPS Select which feed water pump to use and display current status informa on including tripped indica on and feed water pressure.

HISTORICAL DATA TRENDING A configurable historical data func on is provided enabling the recording of up to 1 million data points with scan intervals as low as 1 second. A rolling delete func on can be enabled to ensure con nuous monitoring of selected data. Data can be exported in CSV format for further analysis or as a JPEG.

METERS Mul ple fuel meters in addi on to steam, water and electric can be dis-played on screen providing flow rate and total values. Historical data for flow meters is automa cally enabled. A detailed cost per unit system is provided to enable financial repor ng of fuel consump on versus steam output.

WATER LEVEL INDICATION AND CONTROL Indica on of boiler level alarms and the ability to display the actual water level as a percentage and the TDS level in ppm or µS/cm. Manual adjustment of the boiler water level is available through the use of non-latching fill and drain bu ons. An evapora on test feature can be incor-porated and water levels can be tested via the touch screen.
