Chrome and Mozilla are working on a new concept called Web Intents/Actions. It extends the hyperlink idea, allowing sites to share features and functionality. A big part of the idea revolves around creating a collection of verbs (calls to action). I want to do a workshop, explaining the Web Intents concept and then ask the following questions:How do we define 'the right words'?How do you sort services into collections under a word?How do you come up with calls to action that work with the broadest audience?
