Its all about you

If you dont turn up to play, youre not going to win. I speak from experience when I say that a coach can give a client all of the tools in the world, set a plan for success, but without a client who is willing to get uncomfortable and put in the work. well theres just no way it will work.

You are ultimately responsible for every success and failure in your life. Learn to accept this, embrace it, and use it to ensure success when you next try again.
