#ChoirDirectors on simple songs encourage the singers to find their own parts; It's a great way to surmise how they're progressing!#ChoirDirectors playing the CD of the song is the absolute last resort! It should be hidden in your heart by now!!!#ChoirDirectors save your Wardrobe issues for the end of rehearsal!!!! Too oftenwe bring up things that cause DISUNITY killing the reh!#ChoirDirectors dont get hung up with Uniform convo's.......Choose one & move the H___ on!!!!! Faith cometh by HEARING not CLOTHING!#ChoirDirectors if the last thing the people remember is your speech, you've failed......they should remember the songs!Too many #ChoirDirectors are under prepared for rehearsals!!!! I choose to be over prepared!

#ChoirDirectors I NEVER rehearse the band with the vocals!!! NEVER! I love the marriage of Vocals and Music on Sunday! It's #Amazing!#ChoirDirectors try rehearsing with just a keyboardist as much as possible! It'sthe best way to perfect the vocals!

#ChoirDirectors keep rehearsals light and fun! People go thru enough stress foryou not to add to it!#ChoirDirectors Rehearsal is for Rehearsing! Not all the other crap we waste time doing!Too many #ChoirDirectors like to hear themselves sing and sing too much in rehearsal! Sing it once or twice and invite the group in!!!
