The Chocolate museum is one of the most visited museums in Barcelona. It has received more than a thousand people since it opened its doors in 2000. In this museum we can learn the process of making chocolate, and all the types and patterns of the chocolate.

The museum has: Guided tours, school and groups guided visits,

entertainment activities for children, programmes for courses, seminars and conferences, information centres about chocolate, a chocolate a cafe and a shop.

This year de chocolate museum do a news statues that are connected in the astronomy. This year de entrance cost is the entrance is individual cost 4.30€ and if the entrance is collective cost 3.50€ but the discounts are that if you have this ages:

That you are a retired person you have the 15%. If you are unemployed, have a 15%. The studients have a 15%. For children that have less that 7 years the entrance is free. The free days the museum is close. The museum is open of Monday to Sunday and the

timetable is at 10:00 to 19:00 but the Sundays the timetable is different is open at 10:00 to 15:00.

At the Chocolate Museum, you can found magnificent sculptures of chocolate, how does the chocolate arrive to Spain, different types of cacao beans, how to make chocolate from cacao beans, what machines does they use to make chocolate and more other things.

This year, the Chocolate Museum opens the exhibition "The Bishop Celestial - 400 years of discovery of solar system" made in collaboration with Cosmo Caixa. The price of entry is € 4.30 and it includes a visit to the permanent collection. It's an opportunity to learn about our cosmic neighborhood in an original and fun.

Take the line 10-PG. MARITIM / MONTBAU then take the bus in the Av Estatut de Catalunya-Av Card Vidal and Barraquer station, after 4 stops go down in Lepant-Ronda Guinardó. Take the line L4-TRINITAT NOVA / LA PAU of metro in the stop ALFONS X and after one stop go down to JOANIC.
