Chinese Fried Rice Recipe
Ingredients
4 cups cold cooked rice (peroikan)
2 eggs
1 cup prawn
1 cup of mixed vegetables
2 stalks of green chilli / red
little parsley / spring onion (in slices)
2 tbsp oyster sauce
oil for frying
salt and a little sugar
Saute the ingredients (mashed)
2 cloves garlic
4 shallots
1 tablespoon black pepper
Steps
1. Heat the oil and fry the stir-fry until wangi.Masukkan eggs and wait.
