: Cancer is “invasion over muscularis mucosa ”Japan

: Nuclear atypical change” Hyper chromatin change, irregular polarity of nuclei”

From 1998, Vienna classification was spread to all over world.



There is big difference about classification and regulation of pathological diagnosis between Japan and another countries.However, endoscopic management of early gastric cancer is widely spreadin Japan. So many cases of early gastric cancer were analyzed byinvestigators.
