Chinese Label Registration

Service detail:

• HIT to arrange 3 copies of Chinese label sample and submit to CIQ

Documents requirement:

• Sample of the original label and the translation Letter in Chinese (* HIT can assist to translate) for both hard copy and the electronic version

• Certificate of Origin or Certificate for Free Sale• Copy of the business registration of the Chinese importer (with the official chop)

Duration: About 5 to 7 working days

Deliverable: Import and Export Food Labelling Audition Certificate (per product type)


Overseas Supplier Registration

Service detail:

• HIT to assist overseas suppliers to register their company into China CIQ’s system


• Company name in English• Full correspondence address in English• Company type• Original country of the applicant• Contact person full name• Company email address (personal email is not accepted)

Duration: About 3 working days

Deliverable: A registration number will be assigned and given to each overseas supplier


CIQ Declaration

Service detail:

• HIT to perform CIQ declaration on behalf of exporter and importer


• Commercial Invoice, Packing List and Sales Contract• CIQ Declaration Form• Certificate of Origin, Certificate of Health and Sanitary Certificate• Nutrition Ingredients Analysis Table• Production Date (Filling Date)• Pledging Letter to Calling Back the Defect Products

Custom Declaration

Service detail:

• HIT to perform Custom declaration on behalf of exporter and importer


• Commercial Invoice, Packing List and Sales Contract• CIQ Approval Sheet • Certificate of Origin, Certificate of Health in the origin country and Sanitary Certificate• Non-GMO Certificate in the origin country (if required)• Original Label and Translation Letter of Label• Production Date (Filling Date)• Nutrition Ingredients Analysis Table

Deliverable: Cargo to be moved to CIQ supervised warehouse


Sample Testing & Inspection

Detail:

• HIT service to arrange dispatch of the food samples to CIQ for testing and inspection• In general, 6 units of the goods is required


• None

Duration: About 10 working days

Deliverables: Successful sample testing and inspection, cargo is allowed to leave bondedfacility for last-mile delivery
