Director’s Message:
The only program of its kind in the country, the China Business Program offers Farmer School students the chance to learn about China from a business, language and cultural perspective. Upon graduating from the China Business Program, students have the knowledge and skills to pursue professional careers in China or with international companies doing business with China.
Toward the end of the third year of the China Business Program, we are pleased with how far we have come in terms of expanded study and professional offerings for CBP students, and we are even more proud of our students’ accomplishments. To demonstrate the breadth of talent, experiences and diversity among students China Business Programs…

Creating a formal internship program aims to bring the China Business Program to the next level, establishing CBP as a magnet program nationally for students interested in careers in international business.
A new agreement between Paci!c Star International Logistics and the China Business Program began with sending four students as summer interns to work at this top Logistics !rm in Shanghai. Student interns will be communicating with overseas customers, doing market research on the US and other Western markets, and using their Chinese skills to translate company documents into English for foreign customers and partners.

“We are excited to partner with the Farmer School of Business and the China Business Program to offer the International Business Living Learning Community for next fall. First-Year students have the opportunity to
