WORK CREW CONTRACT CHILDREN OF EDEN SPRING 2014 TO BE EFFECTIVE BETWEEN THE DATES OF JANUARY 15 th AND APRIL 18 th OF 2014. All spaces designated as so, ( ), require the written initials of the cast member. I, ________________________, understand that I am to comply with and perform the following job duties as part of my role and participation in the production of Houghton College’s Greatbatch School of Music’s Production of Stephen Schwartz’s Children of Eden to be performed April 11 th and 12 th in Wesley Chapel at Houghton College. I, the undersigned, have agreed to work in the __________________________ department in accordance to my skills and experience under the leadership of __________________________ for a maximum of _____ total hours and a maximum of _____ a week until the end date of April 18 th , 2014. Furthermore, I understand that these hours will be scheduled in collaboration with my department head where both parties must agree upon said hours and duties. In accordance with this, I understand that if I miss a work time period in which I –in collaboration with my department head- scheduled, then I must make up said hour(s) later on in the time period whether or not it exceeds the maximum amount of hours that I am to work in a week. ( ) I, the undersigned, understand that a work week for this agreement is between the days of Monday at 12:00 AM and Sunday at 11:59AM; therefore, a new week begins on Monday at 12:00AM and ends on Sunday at 11:59 AM. ( ) I, the undersigned, understand that if my work duties that are agreed upon are not fulfilled then I am at risk of a reduction of my letter grade if taken for 1 credit or an F if the class has been taken for 0 credits. verbal warning, the second strike will consist of a written warning explaining the offense against the contract, and the third strike will result in a second written warning explaining the offense

against the contract as well as a reduction of the letter grade by one degree for 1 credit cast members and a F for 0 credit cast members. Every strike following the third strike will continue

to reduce the grade a letter until the grade becomes an F. ( )

I, the undersigned, understand that the reporting of complaints is as follows; Crew Worker shall report to the Crew Head, the Crew Head shall report to the Director. The reporting of complaints

in regards to leadership is as follows: Crew worker shall report to the Director. ( )
